Chart data interval setting

I would like to view/download the incoming data from the server (in chart/chartPro) in intervals of 1 seconds. Currently, I can only see data in intervals of 1 minute (even after zoomed in). I emailed the support and was told that the settings (collection/archiving) can be changed to reduce the delay/timing to 1 seconds in rapid SCADA 6.

However, I tried changing various settings to no avail and the email support directed me here for relevant information. I tried to search around the forum yet did not find anything relevant. Is there any guide around here on this or could anyone give me some guidance on this? Thanks

Hi,
Using the Administrator application try the following:
1. Add a new custom archive in Configuration Database – Secondary Tables – Archives
2. Add the corresponding archive in Server – Archives, and configure the archive options.
3. Configure Chart Pro plugin to display data from your archive.

If something in the above sequence is not clear, be free to ask.
