    Hi Mikhail,

For industrial environments, we should have the following feature in Chart/ChartPro plugins:

It should be possible to “mark” an event manually on the trend marked by time period, for example; i got a trend visualizing 2 or more tags on the graph, and i would like to mark a time point with an event description like “power down” or “maintenance start time” to indicate the reason for a decreasing value.

    Regards

    Hi,

Am I understand correctly? Draw marks (e.g. like little circles) over a graph corresponding timestamps of the existing events?

    Hi Mikhail,

Let’s say, ee have a graph with trends of two tags/channels, i.e. pressure and temperature values.

As an operator, i know that there was a power loss last night, and as a result of this, the chiller and the compressor went down at a certain point of time.

So, i would like to mark the time point of this event “power loss” at the graph permanently. So others know and see later, that the reason for the off-limit values on the graph coming from the chiller and the compressor were because of this event, visually marked on the graph by i.e. a vertical line or a little red circle.

    Hi,
This is a good idea. I also thought about this feature. Hope, we will find a sponsor to implement it.
