can’t connect to server

Hello,
we have run to the problem that we can’t connect to the rapid scada server, the error shows as following:
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. [::ffff:192.168.100.42]:10002

all the logs show no data, but we can control our machine with rapid scada, that means the Modbus connection are good. Just we can’t upload/download from the server.
we tried reboot the computer.

Please let us know how we can fix this,

SCADA-Server uses port 10000 by default.
