Can’t activate ChartPro plugin

    Hello Mikhail,

    we have installed new scada on new windows server 2012 R2. In some reason we are not able to activate ChartPro plugin.
    This is message we receive in log file:
    2020-06-03 15:35:15 <VMI*****><DefaultAppPool><ERR> Error saving web application settings: Access to the path ‘C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\config\WebSettings.xml’ is denied.

    Beside this we tried to uncheck read only in folder but system is not accept this even if we are logged as administrator with full access.

    Hi,
    You should manually provide write access to the directories and all included files
    C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\config\
    C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\log\
    Right click the folders, open properties and edit permissions.

    Thank you, i did activate it. In security i give modify permission to User account.
