I have Rapid Scada v.6.1 installed and running.

From the localhost I can successfully connect to http://localhost:10008/Login to get to the Login page.

The PC running Rapid Scada (Windows 10 Pro) has its firewall turned OFF for All modes Public, Domain, and Private.

However I cannot get to http://rapid-scada-ip-address:10008/Login from another machine on the same local network.

I CAN RDP the Rapid Scada host.

I also can get to http://rapid-scada-ip-address:80 and see the default IIS web page.

    ** What am I missing?

I’ve successfully done this on many previous versions of Rapid Scada (including configuring my local router’s port forwarding to get to Rapid Scada from anywhere in the world).

    Sorry…

I can be stupid at times.

Although I had the “Windows Firewall” via “Firewall and Network ProtectionDISABLED.

The “Window Defender Firewall” was lacking/blocking incoming PERMIT rules for port 10008 (of course).

…maybe others can learn from my mistake :>)
