Automatic Control Module – Registration key invalid

Dear Mikhail,

we purchase 3 key in the past from your company. Key for ChartPro, Map plugin and Automatic Control Module too. We keep Scada installation on Contabo virtual machine. From a week ago Automatic Control Module stopped. When I did check the module it said that registration key is invalid. I saw for some reason computer code is totally different now. I don’t know how is that possible. My guess is that maybe Contabo moved server to different place. Strange thing is that Map plugin and ChartPro are still working and registration key is still valid even if I see computer code is different there too.
What should we do now about Automatic Control Module?

Interfaces may have been added to your VM, and the computer code has changed accordingly.

Please send a new computer code by email to check the differences.

Map plugin and ChartPro are still working and registration key is still valid even if I see computer code is different there too.

They might stop after restart. Let’s check the new codes.
