    Archive every: 1 minute
    file format: default format, dat
    Retention period: 365 days

    step of problem recurrence

    I made a demo with simulation data, it has been running continuously for more than 35 days, when I query historical data in chartPro, it can display the data of the last 30 days, from 2023-2-14 to 2023-2-13

    However, when I use a custom period and adjust the date forward a bit, such as 2023-2-11 to 2023-2-18, it can only display the data of 2023-2-11, while other data cannot be displayed. this is the same curve, and its 14-18 data can be displayed in the previous chart, which proves that there is no problem with the data source.

    Not one curve or data, but all, at least I checked the data of 6 curves, all of them are like this.

    Thank you for the report.
    Could you copy here the URLs from the address bar for the both screenshots?
    Press F12 in browser, go to the Console tab, and refresh the web page with incorrect chart. What messages are printed in the console?

    In the console image, could you switch the second “Console” tab to Console also? And then press F5 to refresh the page and get messages into the console.

    I’ll continue to follow your request, but before I do, I’ll share what I just checked.

    I tried manually modifying the date in the URL to check the curve
    Normally, it can only show data for 1 month, such as now it is 2-16 to 3-15

    startDate=2023-02-15&period=28
    When I modify the date to 2-15, like the previous bug, it can only show that the data this 02-15, after 2-15 is blank

    startDate=2023-02-15&period=29
    The data is fully displayed
    startDate=2023-02-13&period=31
    The data is fully displayed

    Continue to move forward, startDate=2023-02-12&period=32
    Only data from the 02-12 can be displayed, after 2-12 is blank
    I changed other curves, and it can only reach 2-12. No matter how I adjust the value of period, I even use period=100

    The up to date version of Chart Pro is 6.0.0.1 released on January 17, 2023.
    Webstation version is 6.0.0.1 released on January 17, 2023.
    General Rapid SCADA version is 6.0.2 released on February 20, 2023.

    Rapid SCADA version is 6.0.1, and I confirm from the “C:\Program Files\SCADA\ScadaAdmin\Lib ” dll file information, I use Chart Pro is 6.0.0.1

    This is a simulation test in a LAN, it has no Internet IP address. If you don’t mind, can I provide teamview for your access?
    (You can choose from Wednesday afternoon to Friday this week, or next week, and leave a message here, I will send the access information to your email in advance, and I will open teamview online on time)

    Or use google meet to share the screen and communicate online
