Administrator icon not show in Menu tap

Dear sir

I have some error text between software install process, After finished in SCADA menu (Start/Program menu) don’t found Administrator icon and Web station can’t connected

Rapid SCADA 5.8.2 Installation

Check version of Microsoft .NET Framework
Create directory C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SCADA

Install Server application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaServer.zip
Install service ScadaServerService
Installation of Server application has completed successfully

Install Communicator application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaComm.zip
Install service ScadaCommService
Installation of Communicator application has completed successfully

Check the configuration of Internet Information Services (IIS)
Check Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Register ASP.NET
Install Webstation application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaWeb.zip
Selected application pool: DefaultAppPool
Register web application Scada
Create shortcut Webstation
Installation of Webstation application has completed successfully

Install Agent application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaAgent.zip
Install service ScadaAgentService
Installation of Agent application has completed successfully

Install Administrator application
Installation of Administrator application has completed with a error:
Directory C:\SCADA\Projects has to be cleared

Install Scheme Editor application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaSchemeEditor.zip
Installation of Scheme Editor application has completed successfully

Install Table Editor application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaTableEditor.zip
Installation of Table Editor application has completed successfully

Installation has completed with errors
Please restart the computer

Hi,

You should delete C:\SCADA\Projects and install only Administrator again. The other applications are installed.

Thanks for your advice, I can install and open Administrator icon but stll can’t connec’t to Web station (Server is unavailable)

After finished installation show as below detai;

Install Agent application
Unzip files from D:\WORK SDS\Manual\OTHER\Rapid SCADA\scada_5.8.2_full_en\Arc\ScadaAgent.zip
Install service ScadaAgentService
Process completed with an error
Installation of Agent application has completed with a error:
Service ScadaAgentService hasn’t been installed

Agent was already installed.

but stll can’t connec’t to Web station (Server is unavailable)

You should start a new topic because this issue is not about installation.
