Participant– Channel Input/Output right pane, grid view show value instead of caption for dropdown lists. e.g.
Objectcolumn show object ID instead of object name, and all other colunm with dropdown lists show value id instead of their text caption.– Editing value in sorted column, will trigger Administrator crash.

manjey73ParticipantThis is disabled in Mono because it does not work correctly. Therefore, there are ids of other tables instead of a list. We hope that in the next version, if you abandon Mono, everything will be fine.

MikhailModeratorUsing Administrator on Linux is deprecated and should be avoided. Microsoft killed this path.

ParticipantCould you explain what you mean by abandoning Mono ?
Do you mean abandon .NET for Administrator, or are there are other alternative for Mono on Linux?June 30, 2021 at 2:11 pm #9189
MikhailModeratorCurrently Rapid SCADA uses Mono on Linux.
Mono is OK for everything that related to logic processing and web application.
But Mono GIU apps, like Administrator, work bad on Linux. In the next version Rapid SCADA 6 we will use .NET5 instead of Mono Framework, both on Windows and Linux. Administrator on Linux will not work. You should edit projects on Windows workstation and upload them to Linux server.
If we find a sponsor, we can develop Web Administrator for any platform.
