Acknowledge for notification plug in

May I know how can I have the acknowledgement for event on change (status =4)?
I found that upper or lower limit can have acknowledgement when the event is triggered. But the change event did not get the acknowledgement request here.

What is my missing for the input channel setting?
Or I have wrong steps applied.

In version 5 a user can acknowledge any event.
In version 6, an acknowledgement is available or not according to the status.
