Is it possible to upload the localhost/Scada/View page to a server?
So that I can acces that page from anywhere using e.g. ‘ mywebpage.com/scada’ to view the data and use the scheme views to make adjustments.

Yes, it’s possible. For example, you can deploy a virtual machine on Google Cloud or Azure and run Rapid SCADA on this machine. Also it’s possible to provide access to your workstation from the internet. Depends on your needs.

I don’t want to use a virual machine, I need a website page which I can access from any device connected to the internet, to access the data. In the deployment profile you can adjust the webstation URL, is that where you can put a website to where the Scada View can be uploaded?

If you need to access your office or home network from the internet, you need static IP address or dynamic DNS like https://www.noip.com/

In the deployment profile you can adjust the webstation URL

It just opens the specified URL. Doesn’t affect the real web site.

And you need configure a router to forward the incoming requests to your Rapid SCADA server.
