Scheme loading failed. Try to reload scheme

Hi,

i’m install rapid scada 5.8. When i open webpage via localhost, it will show message “Scheme loading failed. Try to reload scheme” and scheme graphic that i create did not show.

i try to reinstall again and did not create any project. i use demo project but the problem was still the same “Scheme loading failed. Try to reload scheme”. And Events tab will show “Error update Events”.

How can i solve this problem? Please suggest.

Hi,

This error means that WCF is not properly installed. Please check the enabled features like described here, and try this advice.

i try as you suggest but problem still occur.

i try to uninstall/reinstall iis and select same as your link detail but can solve problem.

Problem was the same. When i open webstation, it will show error both scheme and table pages.

i check my iis and see that it use asp.net 4.8. i don’t know is this a problem for this? I try to run aspnet_regiis.exe -i and it show “This option is not supported on this version of the operating system.”. i use window 10.

Any suggest for this problem.

The features seems correct. They are identical to my Windows 10 workstation.

If you open http://localhost/Scada/ClientApiSvc.svc , what do you get?

The result after open http://localhost/Scada/ClientApiSvc.svc

“This localhost page can’t be found
No webpage was found for the web address: http://localhost/Scada/ClientApiSvc.svc
HTTP ERROR 404”.

Is there a file C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\ClientApiSvc.svc ?

yes, it has this file on C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\

Try uninstalling the item “WCF Services” and then installing again.

Yes, i try to remove all .Net framework 3.5 and 4.8 and iis setup on “Turn window on or off” then reinstall again. But problem still occur.

In what sequence do you install all of them after removing?

I install .NetFramework at first and then iis.
