ChartPro custom period

Hi Mikhail,

I am using chartpro v6 and I want to choose certain start time and end time, but the custom period only allow me to choose start date and end date:

I see the historical data report can choose start time and end time:

Pls advice for how to enable the start time and end time for chartpro custom period?

Hi,

To select particular time period in Chart Pro, you should click and hold a left mouse button, then move the mouse to select the required period of time.

Hi Mikhail,

I meant I want to choose the start time and end time together with the dates exactly just like the historical data report style, then the chart trend shall show the X-axis time period according to the start date start time and end date end time automatically.

Example I wish to choose from 17/12/2023 07:00 AM to 18/12/2023 07:00 AM. Then the chart trend the data from 17/12/2023 07:00 AM to 18/12/2023 07:00 AM automatically.

Pls advice for the chartpro can be configured to work like this?

Hi,
Thank you for the detailed description. There is no such feature to specify exact time. Only date selection is supported.

If this this the case, can I configure the ChartPro starting time always start from 7am and end 7am the next day?

Currently the default start time is always start from 0:00 and end 23:59.

Hi,
Unfortunately no. It is always from 0:00 to 23:59.
May be the Rolling mode can be useful to display 24 hours from current time.
