It’s better to restore the default values:
SCADA-Server uses port 10000.
IIS web server (the web application) uses port 80.I suggest to help you by remote connection for a fee. It will save your time.

1. Create a set of images with different levels by your favorite graphical editor.
2. Use Dynamic Picture component and define Conditions property to change image according to the current value.Note: a control library includes ready to use level control is under development currently.

Formatting depend’s on the culture that is set in Webstation settings and this culture parameters of the server. For example, en-GB.I typed this into Google and got huge amount of different diagrams. Could you provide an example with energies?
