Did you tried opening port 10000 on a firewall?
Port 80 is busy that is why you cant use it for SCADA-Server.You can set bounds for an input channel using SCADA-Administrator. When the channel value is above or below defined limits, event is generated.
If you need events when device turned ON or OFF, you should create additional channels of the type Calculated discrete and tick Write events and Events on change checkboxes for these channels.SCADA-Web connects to SCADA-Server using TCP port 10000. Check the connection settings with SCADA-Web Configurator utility.
Port 80 is used by IIS. I should not use it for other purposes.Browse OPC Server via UI of SCADA-Communicator doesn’t depends on connection with SCADA-Server. What error message appears?
You have to allow incoming TCP connection through 10000 port on a firewall on a PC where SCADA-Server installed.Hi,

This is the frequent question. In the current version 4.5 you can display a gauges and meters using a set of images. Each image for the each value. Otherwise use text labels. In the spring of 2016 we are going to create a new SCADA-Web with required graphical components.
