MikhailModeratorHi,
Let’s compare the packets sent to and received from the devices. You can copy the communication log from C:\SCADA\ScadaComm\Log\lineXXX.log
MikhailModeratorHi,
Rapid SCADA installation package contains Silverlight x64. I think, you should download and install Silverlight x32.
MikhailModeratorSuch a funny bug. Do you have any idea why the current year for the user system is 2560?
Please, see C:\SCADA\ScadaComm\Log\ScadaCommSvc.log Is there 2560 year too?
The applications that have graphical user interface work as your logged in user, whereas Server and Communicator services work as system.
Try opening Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and changing the user for ScadaServerService and ScadaCommService
MikhailModeratorFile name is a date YYMMDD. It’s strange that the files were created like your current year is 1960.
Could you see Minute Data, are the files also have names like m60xxxx.dat?
Please post here a content of C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ScadaServerSvc.txt
MikhailModeratorYou enabled Static Content Compression but not enabled Common HTTP Features > Static Content. Just enable it and install the Webstation app.
MikhailModeratorPlease make a screenshot of a whole list of the files which contains hourly data.
MikhailModeratorIn the logs you can see that manually you send command to device 41, but automatically to device 401.
MikhailModeratorHi,
It’s a bit unusual. Go to the Server app, open Files > Hourly data and check whether raw hourly data exist or not. Also check Saving parameters of Server.
We can quickly solve the issue via remote connection, but it is a commercial service.
MikhailModeratorHi,
Please provide a screenshot of chosen Windows features. Use postimage.org or similar for publishing screenshots.
MikhailModeratorHi,
I think, you should check command data. See Device Data tab in Communicator, scroll to the commands. Compare the command with manually sent commands.
If you can’t find the difference, post here the kpXXXX.txt and lineXXX.log. They are in C:\SCADA\ScadaComm\Log
MikhailModeratorHi,
The hour columns will be filled when the software works at least a hour.March 24, 2017 at 6:01 am in reply to: How can I make SCADA pull data when it receives triggers from my PLC #2030

MikhailModeratorWould I be able to have the “command to request” function triggered by an output signal from my PLC?
Yes. You need Automatic Control Module. Trial is available.

MikhailModeratorMay be you can split your PLC into several sets of tags. Each of the set is a separate device in Rapid SCADA database. In this case it is possible to send a command to request required subdevice.
