MikhailModeratorYou can decrease polling speed of Communicator by increasing delay after requests.
Or may be change SQL for export current data to fit your needs.-

MikhailModeratorHello,
SQL script for export archive data is executed very rare, in special cases when a driver of Communicator implements this feature.
SQL script for current data is executed for each value of input channel (tag) that is sent from Communicator to Server.
MikhailModeratorTo see the information, open up to date mobile browser and type http://your-address/scada
Find out in the Internet how to create shortcuts.
MikhailModeratorI mean that the web application is properly tested on iOS and Android. It is possible to create a shortcuts on mobile desktop to run the app by one click (tap). Even if web server works on Windows, the web interface is accessible via LAN or Internet using different devices.
MikhailModeratorRapid SCADA contains all the necessary features to implement this. You don’t need OPC server and other 3rd party software.
MikhailModeratorHello,
This is a one of common scenarios. Do you have detailed questions?April 5, 2017 at 6:23 am in reply to: Different Registers Showing Same Value Until Comm Restart #2075
MikhailModeratorMany thanks for the feedback 🙂
MikhailModeratorHello,
Probably, TCP port 10000 is already opened by another application. Use TCP View utility to check it. See this link.
If you’d like to get answers in Russian, ask on http://forum.rapidscada.ru/March 31, 2017 at 6:22 pm in reply to: How can I make SCADA pull data when it receives triggers from my PLC #2071
MikhailModeratorHi Marty,
I sent you the key by Skype.March 31, 2017 at 5:33 am in reply to: Different Registers Showing Same Value Until Comm Restart #2069
MikhailModeratorTry increasing Delay parameter for the device in Communicator up to 1000 ms.

MikhailModeratorI can see that the equal response comes back twice from the device. If requested number of register differs (the last 2 bytes), it causes PDU length error. If it’s equal, Communicator can’t detect an error. You can get the meaning of bytes by http://modbus.rapidscada.net/
Do you have any idea, why the device responses twice?
MikhailModeratorHi,
First of all, check the existence of data in the file h170331.dat using Server user interface as you did earlier.
MikhailModeratorCan you check the installed Silverlight? Open this website using Internet Explorer. Does it work?
MikhailModeratorVery interesting information. Thank you.
I think, the most simple way is changing user for ScadaServerService and ScadaCommService. Pay attention, that the user must be PC administrator.March 30, 2017 at 6:24 am in reply to: Different Registers Showing Same Value Until Comm Restart #2061
MikhailModeratorAlso open the Server app, go to Files > Hourly Data, and compare the values in the archive. Are they equal starting from some moment? Provide screenshots, please.
