MikhailModeratorYou should download the plugin from the website, install and try it. Example of plugin configuration is included in the distributive ZIP. In case of additional questions, ask on this forum.

MikhailModeratorYou need to create a communication line in Communicator. Then choose MQTT Client as communication channel type. Then create a device under the line, open its properties and specify subscriptions.

MikhailModeratorThis new article https://rapidscada.net/docs/en/latest/installation/install-modules describes how to install plugins on v6.
MikhailModeratorTo manually write data to archives, use the ScadaTestClient utility.
Please write questions of different areas in different topics having corresponding titles. Otherwise it’s too difficult to reply.

MikhailModeratorNote: you can simply copy the XML file of the Modbus template from the old project to the new one. Then open the template in Administrator, change something, and save again to update file format.

MikhailModeratorThank you for providing the cause of the issue.
MikhailModerator> finally discovered that the “join” between the “channel” definition is the matching “tag code” in the communicator module.
Right.> How can one manipulate the historical data in a similar fashion to the previous Rapid SCADA versions?
Rapid SCADA 6 supports different storages, so archives can be viewed in the web interface (reports) and ScadaTestClient-v6.zip> there seems to be no “Save” button when editing the objects in the Scada “Administrator” application
It’s not changed.
MikhailModeratorHello,
Screenshots should be available online. Use image hosting like https://imgbb.com/
MikhailModeratorHi,
Can you put this in the wish list?
Added.
Where I can view the progress of the wish list?
The wish list is internal. Roadmap is available, but it is not detailed.
The feature implementation is possible only after we create a new generation of scheme engine. To be honest, not soon.
MikhailModeratorAlso check that ScadaSchemeEditor\Web\bin\PlgSchExtraComp.dll is also unblocked.
Note: ScadaWeb and ScadaSchemeEditor uses different PlgSchExtraComp.dll.-

MikhailModeratorHi,
Make sure that you downloaded the latest version of components (plg_sch_extra_comp_6.0.1.0_en.zip) which contains ScadaSchemeEditor\Web\bin\PlgSchExtraComp.dll
MikhailModeratorThe Administrator application should be installed on Windows. It interacts with Rapid SCADA instance, which is installed on Linux, remotely. You should add a new deployment profile in Administrator for remote connection.
