There is status and substatus lines, but I need to make it into one, so I am trying to make it to show as 0,00 or 0.00, but when substatus gets some value instead of 0, it keeps adding up numbers constantly.

For example:

Cnl value is 10 and Val(11257) is 0, then I get right value, but if Val(11257) is not 0, for example its 10, it adds up every second or even more frequent, so what I see is 10,12,13,14,15 and etc, it adds up fast.

I need to make it a constant value, not adding numbers up really fast
