and make sure that WCF Services > HTTP Activation feature is installed for .NET Framework 4+,

Check Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Register ASP.NET
Install Webstation application

Selected application pool: DefaultAppPool
Register web application Scada
Create shortcut Webstation

Install Agent application

Trying to install latest RapidScada 5.7.1 to Windows10 Pro 64bit with latest updates.
Installation gives notes and errors:
