I’m having difficulties to get an OPC UA test setup working, using the Hello World project as base.

Running this test setup with an Siemens S7-1200 CPU with OPC UA, and the communication line is able to poll the CPU.

Listed data from exports at server interface on CPU

Go to communicator from channel context menu gives reference warming, active polling in Line0Stats.LineLog shown

    Tags defined as

    Listed but no status

Did I forget to config some reference for the tags?
*At first I was expecting the added Device 0 properties.Subscriptions.items to be available as tags, but it seems you have to define them twice/also in the configuration database. and data inside/from structs(object) from the server browser are not valid/recognized.

    Hi,

The created communication line and device have the numbers 0, which are wrong. Probably, the UI should not allow 0.
I suggest to create lines, devices and channels using the wizards (use the toolbar buttons), so they will be created correctly.

    Unfortunately still no success.
Made a new project using the wizards to setup. which makes the channel now properly linked to the Communicator.

    Status in table: none

    Polling: OK
Toggle from table: results in a “Invalid command” shown in line log

    Config:

*Dark theme pages are done by applied auto-CSS filters using the Firefox “Darkreader” add-on

    The line log is good.
If you double-click the device in the explorer tree, what do you get on a device data form?
