    Hi,
MQTT is an application level protocol that works over TCP. First of all, you should select a particular protocol, Modbus TCP, MQTT or SNMP, for example.

    Hi Mikhail,
My main requirement is , i want use Rapid scada as listener same as (TCP/IP socket listener) , but with MQTT protocol, so that my GSM module from different location connects to MQTT broker of Rapid scada and push the data to it. The communicator collects data from MQTT broker and store in database. At present the communicator is polling by RS485 modbus and TCP/IP modbus i want communicator as listener in TCP.

    Thank you.

You can find MQTT driver for Rapid SCADA on this page. Instructions are available on the home page of the driver.
