Hi! Recently I discovered something I don’t know if it is a software error or some bad configuration, it turns out that the communicator stopped but I noticed that I can still see that the device label still showed me frozen data, the problem is that in the scheme everything seemed normal. But I had the communication shutdown, even the network cable was disconnected, could you help me please.

    Hi,

Please describe the expected behavior of the software to understand the question.

    Hi Mikhail!

Of course I describe better … for example in the communicator I have a connection to the device and its value received in 1 for some reason my network connection fails. This value 1 should change — null because there is no communication, it should not show a value. What happens is that if communication is lost for any reason, the values remain active or frozen since their last status reception.

    Hello

The very strange truth happened after updating the version, I did so many things and I did not document it, sorry, between restarting the pc and some activating and deactivating the line I can recover and operate normally as always.
If this happens again I will keep you informed

    Thank you so much

    Hello,

If a connection between a device and Communicator is broken, you will get empty values after next polling attempt.

If a connection between Communicator and Server fails, you will get empty values after a certain period of time.
