Sorry, I have edited the data in scada adminstrators and uploaded the config, but when I try to login, it says service is not available. and I already try to reset iis. Here is my scadasever.log

First of all, check that the directories specified in the Server settings exist.

Make sure that your port 10002 is not occupied by another program. Well, check that the port is open (although it seems to be open on the local computer)

I only have one question, why are you using version 5? it is no longer developing.

Check ScadaAgent.log to make sure that the Agent service is working.
