ParticipantMy Rapid Scada server, which collects OPC data, lost its network connection for a while, and when it reconnected, the data stopped refreshing. (I tried reconnecting in the properties, and it still connected. Perhaps the session was lost and the items are missing.) Is there any quick way to restore this? Doesn’t it require me to re-add the items?

MikhailModeratorHi,
Please copy a part of the communication line log, describing the issue, into this topic.October 17, 2025 at 11:17 am #17180wanbinqs@gmail.com
ParticipantIs it the log file of the server? Or the log file of webstation?

ParticipantIt started around this time yesterday. I initially thought the network cable that transmitted the OPC was disconnected and needed to be refreshed and uploaded again. This is the log of the webstation after the re-upload. Now I can still connect to the OPC and see the items, but the data is not refreshed.

ParticipantI searched for relevant information to find out whether this situation occurs because the COM Session is recycled by the system?

ParticipantCan this OPC disconnection problem caused by an unexpected network outage be resolved? Why hasn’t the data been restored after the network cable was restored?
