Obtain data from different devices cyclically

Hello.

I am using the free version of Rapid Scada. My objective is to establish a Webstation that can connect to multiple PLCs. Each PLC is connected to several devices and obtains information from them.

Here comes the problem: The PLCs are programmed so that they can only receive data from one device at a time. The device is selected by changing some outputs. The idea is to poll every device cyclically and store their data.

As far as I know, in order to send commands automatically, the Automatic Control module is needed. Is there a way to get around this without purchasing this module?

I think Automatic Control module is necessary for this purpose. For testing, you can send commands manually from the web app.

Hi,

Apply for the trial keys for Automatic Control.

At first I thought the key lasts only 24hr.
But it seems the key will expire by the end of next day, regardless of when you applied for it today.
And you can apply for the the same PC Code everyday :-p.

At least it works OK for me for development purpose.
