    Hi
    I would like to receive notifications if data is not received from a particular device / channel. Eg. I would like to be notified if there is Mains failure and the Meter connected to Rapid Scada is not sending any values.
    Please assist.

    Hi,
    You could configure Automatic Control Module to send message when channel status is 0, for example. Check this video.
