Install Communicator application
Unzip files from D:\Works\C#\RapidScada\v5.8.3\scada_5.8.3_full_en\Arc\ScadaComm.zip
Install service ScadaCommService
Process completed with an error
Installation of Communicator application has completed with a error:
Service ScadaCommService hasn’t been installed

Check the configuration of Internet Information Services (IIS)
Go to
Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off
and make sure that WCF Services > HTTP Activation feature is installed for .NET Framework 4+,
whereas the components for .NET Framework 3.5 are switched off
Check Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Register ASP.NET
Install Webstation application
Unzip files from D:\Works\C#\RapidScada\v5.8.3\scada_5.8.3_full_en\Arc\ScadaWeb.zip
Selected application pool: DefaultAppPool
Register web application Scada
Create shortcut Webstation
Installation of Webstation application has completed successfully

Install Agent application
Unzip files from D:\Works\C#\RapidScada\v5.8.3\scada_5.8.3_full_en\Arc\ScadaAgent.zip
Install service ScadaAgentService
Process completed with an error
Installation of Agent application has completed with a error:
Service ScadaAgentService hasn’t been installed

Install Administrator application
Unzip files from D:\Works\C#\RapidScada\v5.8.3\scada_5.8.3_full_en\Arc\ScadaAdmin.zip
Create shortcut Administrator
Installation of Administrator application has completed successfully

Install Scheme Editor application
Unzip files from D:\Works\C#\RapidScada\v5.8.3\scada_5.8.3_full_en\Arc\ScadaSchemeEditor.zip
Installation of Scheme Editor application has completed successfully

Install Table Editor application
Unzip files from D:\Works\C#\RapidScada\v5.8.3\scada_5.8.3_full_en\Arc\ScadaTableEditor.zip

All settings for windowns are as required, except:
in the help file, asp.net 4.6, wile my PC is asp.net 4.8

Although the automatic installation result is same, failure, I try to run.

after browse:
http://localhost/scada/
enter “admin” and “12345”, the webpage shows: “Server is unavailable”?

What did you get exactly after the actions below?

7. Register ScadaServerService by executing ScadaServer\svc_install.bat as administrator.
8. Register ScadaCommService by executing ScadaComm\svc_install.bat as administrator.
9. Register ScadaAgentService by executing ScadaAgent\svc_install.bat as administrator.

Run services.msc and make sure that ScadaServerService exists in the list.

but I still fail to build my project.

The document in rapidscada.net is like datasheet, instead of instruction for application.
Is there any step by step books for us to build our project, very simple project, to audit many modbus incubator slaves?
