    Dear Mr.Mikhail,
I can not get the result with Chart Pro plugin. Maybe there was wrong something in somewhere. I will reinstall software on the same computer. It is OK when the keys still will be valid.
So Pls let me know how to uninstall Rapid Scada Software in Raspberry Pi?
    Thanks and best regards

On the same PC, the keys will work. Yes, just delete everything from the /opt/scada folder and that’s it. Strange, I have Chart Pro working without any complaints. Only my Raspberry Pi3 is too weak for this, 1GB is not enough for good work, you need to change the swap file system to another one.

    Dear manjey73,
Yes, i don’t know why. All keys are working well except ChartPro key. Can not save configuration.
You said “you need to change the swap file system to another one.” Could you tell more detail: What is swap file? Where is it locate?
    Thanks a lot

I can’t say, in theory, everything is related to the rights to the configuration file, after it is changed by the root user, the rights belong only to him. You can connect via SSH and give the command

    chmod -R ugo+rw /opt/scada/ScadaWeb/config

and then try to save the WEB configuration ?

    Hello,

So Pls let me know how to uninstall Rapid Scada Software in Raspberry Pi?

The uninstallation instruction is in the package ZIP.
But I recommend not to uninstall Rapid SCADA, because you just need to fix file access rights. If you have issues with changing file access rights, post the related screenshots on the forum.

    Dear manjey73,
    Dear Mr.Mikhail,
Thank manjey73 for your advice. I was tried by your method but can not get a result.
Thank Mr.Mikhail for your reply. I have had the uninstallation in ZIP. Of cause i don’t like to uninstall Rapid SCADA because my project is running perfectly on Windows, all it’s components are running well on Raspberry Pi4 except Chart Pro Plugin.
I don’t know where and how to fix file access rights. For example: “Error saving web application settings: Access to the path is denied.”

Did you connect to the Raspberry Pi4 via SSH, enter the specified command and it didn’t work? I have this command written in the server startup file and it is executed every time the server is restarted, since without it, access is also blocked after the first application.

    Hi everybody,
I would use PuTTY for remote command line.

    sudo chmod -R ugo+rw /opt/scada/ScadaWeb/config

This command was used because you used sudo. After this command, open WEB Scada and try to change the configuration.

    Dear namjey73,
It did not work. Strange. When i replaced access rights of Chart Pro by access rights of Chart, the project is running normally. It processes the Charts for me.

Maybe are somethings wrong in the Chart Pro file?
    I don’t understand.
    Thanks
