    Hi, I connected an optical probe to a electric meter the connection seems ok but the SCADA is giving me this error.

    What can I do to solve it?

    Could you update Rapid SCADA to 6.1.3?
    Then let us know if the error is fixed by the update or not.

    The request is different comparing with the previous version. That means that the device settings were changed. Make sure that you configured the device properly. Use https://rapidscada.net/modbus to check requests.
