i have tried diffieren’t ways to activate chart pro however no matter i put the file of it in scadaweb or i click the button of activate chart pro, i would be stopped at the webpage of login ,which tells me the sever is unaviliable, (i can download or upload in admin),i don’t know why these things happen, thank you.
To activate Chart Pro you should use a way described in the manual. In case of application errors, check application log files.
