I’am trying to send E-mail and followed 5.7 Sending Email video instructions but line 1 stats says Error sending mail to denemecidener@gmail.com: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Authentication Required. For more information, go to…
I cant find that “less secure app access”.
Provided that you have configured correctly, many public Email service provider deploy extra constraint or authentication measurement on SMTP to fight spam. Maybe try other Email provider better smaller, less known ones.
Best with private or internal SMTP.
Gmail basically will block your email even you enable “less secure app access”, it’s very hard to find this setting in gmail account setting.
Outlook will allow you send email, when you enable similar “less secure app access”. But after about 10 emails, Outlook will block you as spam, you will need to enable it again manually. Then you can use it for a long time.
As far as I know, you can’t send emails via Gmail by 3rd party apps anymore. You should use another mail server. https://yandex.com/ should work for now. Or use your local mail providers.
