https://www.bilder-upload.eu/bild-0445b2-1540457652.png.htmlWe would like to use this simulation software in a cyber security challenge, like a capture the flag event.
So would like to have a scenario, that a team runs the server room with cool temperatures. Another team try to heat the server room up by remote modification.
Is this possible? Could you please help us with this?Thank you very much.
Best regards,

manjey73ParticipantBecause you don’t have such a device on the lines. Equipment settings are given in the database for an example of how to do it directly with your equipment.
You need either real equipment and real experiments. Or find on the Internet emulators devices such as Modbus and set up communication with them. Everything is possible.

The site is in Russian, but if you follow the links, there are English versions of simulators, including free.

ParticipantThank you for the support. I got it fixed. The modbus is working. 😀
Nevertheless, I’m still looking for a remote control possibility of heating oder cooling… for the security challenge.
I’m sorry. I’m totally unexperienced with Scada at all.
Thank you for your help.October 26, 2018 at 2:46 pm #4503
