    Hi Mikhail,

I have installed Chart Pro and extracted them to the directories. Changed the Chart Plugin to Chart Pro, saved and downloaded into Project. I get this error:

    Application Error
An application error occurred. If it repeats often, please contact the support.
    Details:
    Method not found: ‘!!0 Scada.Web.WebUtils.GetParamAsEnum(System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection, System.String, !!0)’.

    Webstation 5.1.0.0
    Chart Pro 5.1.0.0

Is there any steps that I missed?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

This error caused by version mismatch.
You have the latest Chart Pro, but Webstation looks outdated.

Could you check the timestamp of C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\bin\ScadaWebCommon.dll file?
We have a minor bug that after updating Webstation, it’s version number still 5.1.0.0. That’s why it’s better to check file age.

You should update Rapid SCADA to version 5.8.1 to fix this issue.

    Hi,

Try clearing browser cache. If it doesn’t help, please provide a link to a screenshot with the error.

    Hello,

You should provide write access to the configuration directory and configuration file:
    C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\config\
    C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\config\WebSettings.xml

    or
    /opt/scada/ScadaWeb/config/
    /opt/scada/ScadaWeb/config/WebSettings.xml
