Is there a solution to this problem on V5?

The issue is solved in the v6.

In the meantime, I suggest adding a column for “ratio”

Creating a function Ratio that makes linear calculation may be more clear. For example, channel formula would be
Ratio(0.5, 10)

There are a lot of changes in the kernel. Especially when working with archives. The ability to use PostgreSQL as the main database instead of the internal one. Accessing variables by tag code. Removal of restrictions on 65 thousand channels. And apparently much more… If it is possible to upgrade to version 6 or start, then it is better to do so.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thanks for the reply. May I know the schedule for final release? As I am new for this platform, all current settings are applied for the test points less than 5 points or channels. There’s no big impact for me on such case. But in case of error or doubt, it might not be related to the new version. Kindly advise the maturity stage of V6? Or there is no issues for me as this is a new platform to try and will migrate to this eventually.

The release is planned for this year.
Choosing between version 5 and 6 depends on the requirements of the system you are working on. If you describe the requirements, I could suggest the version.

The scada_6.beta.9.zip update has been released. Download link at the beginning of the topic.
Important changes:
– Archives were improved. For Postgres archives we added the ability to write both with a period and by change, the dead zone option and the read-only mode have been added.
Important: in an existing project, you need to check and, if necessary, correct the settings of the archives, especially the hourly ones.
– Added InfluxDB archive.
– Added OPC Classic driver.
– Communicator can work as an OPC DA – OPC UA gateway.
– The MQTT client driver can generate channels with the channel wizard.

Thanks for your beta update but somehow ScadaReport.dll not included.

Just tested RS6 as OPC DA – OPC UA gateway, UAExpert can access it using username and password but RS6 OPC UA client driver running on Linux can’t access it with “BadIdentifyTokenInvalid” error.

Update:
Remove user and password from OPC UA server and connect to it anonymously works.

The issue in DrvOpcUa has been fixed. Thank you for finding it.
Do you prefer building the source code by yourself or should I provide an updated DLL?
