    Hi, I am trying to stablish a conection between the scada and Server in datacenter room. I configure the IP and Password in the scada, the comunication is ok. But when set the OID, send me error.

    2020-04-07 12:52:57 Communication session with the Device 51 “SNMP”, type: KpSnmp, call number: 192.168.60.205:161
    Get variables of the group “Temp”
    Error getting variables: TimeoutException: timeout: 1000

    How can i solve the problem.

    Hi,
    Check that the TCP port 161 is open for incoming connections on the server’s firewall.
