    I installed Rapid SCADA without errors.
    But When I log in WebSCADA, a few minutes Web SCADA automatically log out. I don’t mind what happens. Anyone helps me to solve this problem.

    Hello,
    You should check the installed Windows features, especially Windows Communication Foundation. Use this link or this.

    If it doesn’t help, please, press F12 in browser, do screenshot of Console tab and provide a link to the screenshot.

    Is it possible to prevent the user from being automatically logged out? after a while it disconnects

    Start Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, select the application pool used for Rapid SCADA, open Advanced Settings of the application pool, and set the following options:

    General – Start Mode: AlwaysRunning
    Process Model – Idle Time-out: 0
    Recycling – Regular Time Interval: 0
