    I notice that recently my chart plotting is sometime discontinued. I hover over the discontinue spot, it said something like PV: 12.11 （unreliable）. May I know what is causing the unreliable data condition and how to fix it?
    I am using rapid gateway to transfer the data. Locally the chart is normal. But in remote server, the data frequently appear as unreliable and causing the problem in chart plotting.

    Hi,
    The Server service sets the channel status to unreliable if there is no data longer than the specified period. That period can be set in the Server main options. By default, it is 300 seconds.

    You should try to find out why there are no data for 5 minutes or more from Rapid Gate.
