Language switching for ScadaSchemeEditor.exe

Hello, I have a question about ScadaSchemeEditor.exe. By default, it displays in English. Where can I configure it to display other languages, such as Russian or Chinese? I am using version 5.3.1.2.

This is an old application. It requires to set language in Windows registry.
If it’s really needed, I can share a utility to do that.

Currently, the version of your ScadaSchemeEditor.exe only goes up to 5.3.1.2, so I need this tool. Could you please provide me with one?

Hello, I downloaded the compression package you provided. I am using a computer with Windows 10 Professional. When I run SetCulture.exe as an administrator, SetCulture.exe flashes by and closes immediately, making it impossible to set the language.

Additionally, I placed SetCulture.exe, ScadaData.dll, and Log.dll in the directory C:\Program Files\SCADA\ScadaSchemeEditor. When I run SetCulture.exe as an administrator, it still flashes by and closes immediately.

Run cmd.exe. Then execute SetCulture.exe inside it.
