V6 Webstation Application Options issues

Under plugin assignment, I turned on notification management plug in and selected Plgwebpage.

After upload the configuration project, I found that I have already clicked the Ack one by one and also “Ack All” and acknowleged the notificatio but the sound kept not stopped. I can only stop the notification alarm by unmute. Please advise if this is a bug. Normally I acknowledged all and the sound should be stopped. It was also found that the acknowledgment action is only worked with the checkbox but not others.

Please advise if this is the way or there is another way to acknowledge the event change or the change of the value here.

Or please advise how this acknowledegemtn will be done on V6.

Hello,

There is no Notification Plugin for v6.
To acknowledge an event, click the ack checkbox in the event panel in the bottom of the page.
Not all events can be acknowledged. It depends on event severity.
