Try to send a command from the tab of Communicator. If it doesn’t work, post a piece of a communication line log with the description of the problem.You need sending commands to a device. First of all, try to send them manually.
For automatic control you need this module.If Use SCADA-Server checkbox is set on and communication line is bound to server in Communicator settings, the device address is taken from the configuration database (SCADA-Administrator). You can validate that address is actual in SCADA-Server -> Files -> Configuration database -> kp.dat

How much slower? Could you post network tab of Chrome and requests timing?

Do you mean you don’t use schemes?
It includes charts but without scaling and ChartList. The ChartPro and ChartList components should be redesigned to make them fit for tablets.
