For sending SMS you need a GSM modem that supports AT command set, e.g. Cinterion MC55i http://www.smsco.it/tomcat/en/modem/cinterion_mc55i.jsp
The steps of configuring are:
1. Create an object, a communication line and a device (GSM modem) in the configuration database using SCADA-Administrator.
2. Import the above data into SCADA-Communicator and make sure that the connection with the modem is established.
3. Configure user interface.In case of configuring email notifications there is no physical devices, but you should also add a device of type Email into the configuration database.
Please ask for details during the process of configuration.

In the article a Modbus device is added, but the ideas are the same.The general sequence of configuring:
1. Configure sending emails and SMS in manual mode.
2. Download Automatic Control Module, install it and add appropriate triggers.I would like to let know the software here in Italy

New version of web user interface is under active development. Definitely, it will be released in 2016.
Most likely you would update the whole SCADA-Communicator when KpSnmp update become ready.
Where are you need to display time?
It is for Raspberry Pi only. Use command line.
Please start a new topic with you question about configuring in Understanding the Software subforum, please.OctetStrings are shown in Communicator in the new version of KpSnmp but they can’t be passed to SCADA-Server because SCADA-Server works with number values.
Reading Gauge32 issue has been added to tracker, it will be solved within 2 weeks. If you need it urgently please let me know.
The new scheme engine is under construction. Don’t waste much time by improving the existing scheme project.
Open ScadaSchemeWeb project properties, go to web tab and change viewSet as below
