The " E_FAIL IOPCItemMgt.AddItems " Error occurred using the OPC connection

Dear Mikhail,
when I use the opc Connection,one of two things hanppens:
1、when i connection the Knight.opc.server. the opc line’s state is normal, but unable to receive data from OPC server while OPC tag properties are available in the device configuration form. the line’s log show “Error creating data reading subscription：E_FAILIOPCItemMgt.AddItems” errors info.
2、when i connection Third-party software,the Scada-Communicator application stops working.but I can connect with the Matrikon opc explorer.

Why it happend? How to solve it?
