ScadaAdmin not showing

Hello,
Need help with a strange case. This is all baseline, no added modules.

Desktop Win8.1, Installed 5.5.2 and everything worked OK.

Installed 5.5.3 and it was working.

Then installed ScadaAgent. Installed Matrikon OPC Server Simulator.

Now ScadaServer OK, ScadaComm OK, ScadaSchemeEditor OK, and even the localhost/scada OK.

However, click on ScadaAdmin it tried but not show up. It flash appeared inside the Task Manager, but then terminated. No log under ScadaAdmin/log.

So, without it I cannot edit the configurations.

I tried un-install and re-install 5.5.3 multiple times.

Question: what could caused this, and where to look for hints?

I forgot to mention: as I am testing SMS for Scada, I installed serial / USB driver (modem is 232, and my desktop has no serial port), and also the COM monitoring software on this desktop yesterday before this behavior appeared.

Try to reinstall MS SQL Compact from the distributive zip.
You can find a error info in Windows event log.

Thanks for your help. Tried re-installing MSSQL Compact, with no difference.

Install .NET Framework 3.5. This version of Administrator requires it.
