scada server (state: error)

    After the installation finish, the server runs good, file logging C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ScadaServerSvc.txt (State:Normal)

    But after stopping-running / restarting the server, i can’t connect to scada server anymore, this is ScadaServerSvc.txt contents:
    ”
    SCADA-Server
    ————
    Started : 06/05/2016 04:40:59
    Execution time : 00:00:00
    State : error
    Version : 4.5.0.5

    Connected Clients
    —————–
    No
    ”

    btw, i’am using windows 10 64-bit.

    Look for the cause in C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ScadaServerSvc.log

    solved, thanks mikhail, the problem is there no data inside incnl.data file
