    Hi,
Formatting depend’s on the culture that is set in Webstation settings and this culture parameters of the server. For example, en-GB.

The Rapid SCADA only have culture en-GB and ru-RU.
Exist an en-GB.xml file that I can modificate this number format manually?

If you set en-US or pt-BR, for example, formatting will be changed but the software loads the existing en-GB files.

This is my problem too. I changed the culture to en-US with no effect. pt-BR is the same. Is there an other point where I have to do something?

The visible difference between en-GB and en-US is the date pattern. English is Day-Month-Year. US is Month-Day-Year. Does it change?
How you want to format values?
