Modbus Comminicating only 4 device 5th and others not connect

I am reading values from energy analyzer with modbus.I have modbus gateway on the network.And this gateway connects the analyzer with rs485.I am able to comminicate 4 analyzer there is no proplem but after 4, 5,6,7,8,9.th devices i can not comminicate.
Firstly, i checked all cable connections it was okay.
i tried with modbus poll and i connected all devices.But with rapid scada i am not comminicating with all devices.
I tried with 5th device as like 4th device.I was able to connect no proplem

Could you translate the error message?
I suppose, the log says that we can’t connect to a device. Is it possible that the device doesn’t support several connections in parallel? Are you sure that the port 530 is correct? Usually 502 is used.
For testing, you can try Hercules utility to connect. What is the result of this test?

Thank you for your interest.I solved the issue.I changed connection Shared at operating mode in TCP Client Properties and i entered my modbus gateway ip adress as an Host ip adress.After that all is okay.
