installation caused other issues

I installed Rapid SCADA on Wednesday Jan.8, 2020. Since then some websites that I visit every day or at least every 2 weeks have buttons that run scripts but when I click on them now, nothing happens.
I have Rapid SCADA installed with no errors, but what about the errors in my browsers. All non-functional websites are also non-functional in several browsers.
Has this happened before to some other unfortunate soul?

There may be an overflow of cookies, clear in the browser settings.

Ctrl + F5 can also help

Tried that many times. This problem is across 3 different browsers and is consistent with websites malfunctioning all on the same day.
So, the Windows 8.1 OS could be broken.
Even when I uninstalled SCADA, the problem persisted.

I cannot get the Channels button to activate the drop down menu.

Never the less, as soon as I installed Rapid SCADA, these website script errors started. And they continue.

Okay, today most of those websites are now working at least on some browsers.
