Your result should be 0.1, but note that your measurement resolution is within 0.1, so with such a small increase in consumption your results may be 0.0 and sometimes 0.2

I am still interested in sum formula. Could you suggest me what formula will be used to get the volume of water via water flow sensor (61 litres/minute).

What information do you read from the flow sensor? Are they pulses or an analog value of the current flow?

They are pulses sensor. The value gets via arduino nano.
