Pertaining this function available in Dashboard, if using the laptop or PC to do the Export to PDF it can export successfully. However if using the tablet or smart phone browse, the Export to PDF function failed to download. Just wonder what is the problem and how to solve. Thanks in advanced for your sharing and support.

I am using smartphone Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, SM-G935FD Android version 7.0.

If I open a dashboard http://demo.rapidscada.net/plugins/Dashboard/Dashboard.aspx?key=allusers-DashboardDemo using Chrome on Android 5, export to PDF works.
Could you try to open and export to PDF the dashboard by this link? I’d like to realize what is the cause of the issue: an instance of Rapid SCADA, a browser or OS.
